The Life House

The Life-House was created by Terry Hamm as a multi-family residential concept to serve all of life’s needs and wants. The Life-House amenities and fixtures open the door to many health & wealth benefits to suit it’s owners and operators. The health benefits come in all forms from safety to eco-friendly filtering systems. Everything from our toxin-free paints, to our slip and impact resistant flooring and purification systems. The Look

The front Contemporary façade is a collection of purposely design textures, materials and custom colors to enhance and offer an array of views throughout all times of day. The purpose is to be a stimulus for the eye to enjoy these views each time you arrive home.

The Life-House Floor Plan is approximately 6,000 sq ft* of Fixed and Non-Fixed (Flex) Living areas and designated rooms of purpose.

It is designed for flexibility and scalability. Allowing investors and home owners to pick and choose features and fixtures based on their needs and budget.

The Purpose

In this past year, I created, designed, own and now operate Life-House Builders. I am a semi-retired residential builder & building consultant currently operating the business out of my residence in Northeast Maryland. I am especially blessed to have been involved with an outstanding team of industry related associates and contributors who I’ve worked with over the years. This team shares vision of the Life-House concept and most importantly, the investment amenities it offers.

I have been in the Design and Residential Building Industry for over 50+ years, building and remodeling residential homes. Only in the past 8-10 years, have I began designing and building more projects that were associated with addressing the need  for home renovations, additions and conversions to meet the need of a foreseen or unforeseen “Life Events”.  

The Life Event can be a hardship on the family finances and an emotional toll on the person or persons involved. As my building involvement increased, so did my attention to the costs of the family. I also saw an increase in building costs then, and see it even more so now.

Going forward, and in light of the current costs to perform these special needs projects, I began to apply these concerns into design of the Life House.

The Life House is an investment in the future of you and your family’s needs to go thru and  grow thru each needed Event.
