There are several living options available for seniors when they get past retirement, or find themselves needing additional assistance. The Life-House is designed to re-create these options in an investment driven manner for seniors and the homeowners.

Aging In Place is when a person lives and ages in their own home for as long as possible. This situation is the most comfortable but at some point requires additional help and services from either family, friends or a professional. Care taking may also be necessary and comes with it’s own expenses.
Assisted Living is when a person moves into a facility with their own living space, maintains their independence and freedoms while also receiving help with daily tasks as needed from in-house caretakers. This option however is expensive. Many will sell their houses and properties to afford it with no financial return on investment.
Senior Living Communities are made of apartments and buildings where seniors ages 55 and older may choose to retire. These communities offer both independent and assisted living spaces and services.
Shared Care is when two or more individuals with special care needs live in the same space and split household and service expenses.
