Our Opening Passage

Creator and Owner, Terry Hamm is a semi-retired veteran who worked in the building industry for 60 years; designing, planning, directing and inspecting both commercial and residential properties. Terry’s experience and reputation brought him more than knowledge. It brought him a great network of highly reputable, respectable and trusted professionals from financial advisors, to planners and builders and more.

Over the past 10 years, Terry has taken on more projects focused around special needs care and senior living. As a senior himself, this has helped him gain a newfound respect for all of life’s stages and how a home can and should accommodate for all life’s needs.

This is the foundation of The Life-House; a multi-purpose home featuring various living areas and designated rooms of purpose featuring everything a house can to provide a healthier, safer and secure lifestyle.

What We Do

Our representatives help our clients through the planning, development and building stages of The Life-House. We do so by organizing and managing the building process to ensure everything is done efficiently, on-time and with minimal hassle.

We have many professionals and associates available to help clients by providing services such as financial advice, senior living planning, building and development services, general contractors and real estate investors.
