A Lighthouse purpose is to shine a beacon of light that will provide direction and a safe passage for you to arrive safely at your proposed destination.
As does the lighthouse, Life-House Builders has created a unique home conceived to provide safety, comfort, and a sense of well-being for the rest of your life.
This goal is accomplished by considering health, privacy, sustainability and accessibility. Addressing Green Home Criteria, Certifying Toxins, Allergy-Free Air and clean water environments.
Privacy is of no concern, the Life-House provides comfortable living spaces, entryways and aesthetics to create the privacy, space and boundaries between residents.
As you live and go through life, the Life-House has built-in, designated rooms and spaces to meet all of life’s wants and needs. From singles & couples, married, and/or married with children, for working from home, to raising a family. For enjoyment, for entertaining, for sharing, and caring. A home to Live and Age in place.

The Life House
Life-House Builders was created, designed, owned and now operated by Terry Hamm and a team of associates and contributors who all have a shared vision of the Life-House concept and the amenities it offers. Terry is a semi-retired senior currently living and operating the business out of Northeast MD. He has been in the Design and Residential Building Industry for over 60 years, building and remodeling residential homes.
In the past 10 years, Terry began designing and building more projects associated with In-Law Suites, ADA and Assisted Living services: Home Conversions, Senior Aging In Place, ADA upgrades and Assisted Living facilities, etc. These projects have become the ground work foundation for the new concept of Life-House Builders.
Over the past year, Terry had a thought and a passion to create a house that can be a Residential home while offering residential single/multi-family living environments, work and growth spaces. Also offering Aging In Place, Senior Care, Senior Living and full amenities for future life of care needs.
The House also offers Owner-Operator, Live-In Business Investment opportunities such as a Residential Care House, Bed and Breakfast, Office and Event Space Leasing and more. All under one roof as an independent residential structure.
